Simon has been leading workshops and directing for several years. He has co directed the ‘Our Theatre’ projects for the main stage at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre several times (Othello, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Hamlet) and an outdoor production of Othello at Gosden Hall, Guildford, also for Shakespeare’s Globe.
He directed Henry V for the RSC Young Company at the Swan Theatre in Stratford Upon Avon in conjunction with Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and one of the Seven Deadly Sins plays for In The Red Theatre Company at Manchester’s Three Minute Theatre in 2012.
Simon is currently directing the classic French farce, Boeing Boeing for ICAT’s 2nd years students and is due to direct the Independent feature film The Confidence Game for Lumino Films later this year.
